摘要
陀螺转子机构是新型位标器的关键部件,通过对转子机构的模态分析,得到该机构的固有频率与临界转速,确保该转子机构的转速远离其临界转速,避免共振的产生。同时分析了不同支撑刚度下,转子机构的固有频率与变形情况的变化,为支撑轴承的选择提供了理论依据与选择标准,避免出现因支撑刚度不足对转子机构造成破坏的情况。
Gyro rotor mechanism is the key part of new type seeker,natural frequency and critical speed of the mechanism can be got from mode analysis of the rotor mechanism,make sure the speed of the rotor mechanism is far away from the critical speed,avoid resonance happen.Meanwhile on the different support rigidity,the changes of natural frequency and deformation about rotor mechanism is got,it provides theory evidence and selection criteria for choosing support bearings,avoid the situation that the rotor mechanism is broken because of lacking support rigidity happen.
