摘要
阐述了广东冠豪高新技术股份有限公司的#4涂布机电晕部的改造背景及原因,针对目前生产PE膜等产品需要上机两次的问题,提出了电晕部的改造方案,使得上机一次即可完成PE膜不干胶的生产。
Background and causes for the transformation of corona department of No.4 coating machine in Guangdong Guanhao Hi-tech Co., Ltd. was elaborated. In view of the problem of 2 times of running through the coating machine when PE products with membrane were produced, the transforma-tion plan for corona department was put forward, by which the production of the products with PE membrane in one time can be reached.
