摘要
采用铝敏化诺氟沙星自组装成环(Self-ordered ring,SOR)荧光显微成像技术,对牛奶及注射液中诺氟沙星进行分析测定。在pH9.50的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液和聚乙烯醇-124存在下,铝-诺氟沙星配合物能够在二氯二甲基硅烷(Dimethyldichlorosilane,DMCS)处理的疏水性固载表面上形成直径为1.58 mm,环线宽为46.5μm的自组装环,当点样体积为0.10μL时,线性范围为2.00×10-14~3.12×10^-13mol·ring^-1,方法的检出限(3σ)为2.00×10^-15mol·ring^-1(6.38×10^-6g/L),与文献方法相比,检出限降低了3倍。应用于蒙牛、伊利等厂家纯牛奶中诺氟沙星残留量检测及诺氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中诺氟沙星含量的测定,加标回收率为92.5%~105.4%,RSD〈3.5%,结果令人满意。
An aluminum-sensitized norfloxacin self-ordered ring(SOR) fluorescence microscopic imaging technique was developed for the determination of norfloxacin in milk and injection samples.In a medium of pH 9.50(in NH3-NH4Cl buffer) and in the presence of poly(vinyl alcohol)-124(PVA-124),aluminum-norfloxacin chelate can form a typical fluorescent SOR with diameter(2R) of the ring being less than 1.58 mm and the SOR belt width(2δ) being less than 46.5 μm on the hydrophobic glass slide pretreated with dimethyl dichlorosilane(DMCS).When the droplet volume was 0.10 μL,the method is suitable for detection of norfloxacin in its concentration range of 2.00×10^-14~3.12×10^-13 mol·ring^-1,and the limit of detection(3σ) reached 2.00×10^-15 mol·ring-1(6.38×10^-6g/L),whereby the detection limit is 3 times lower than that mentioned in the literature.This method has been applied to the determination of norfloxacin residues in pure milk and injection liquid with the recoveries reaching 92.5%~105.4% and RSD being less than 3.5%,attesting to a satisfactory outcome.
