摘要
合成了6种十聚钨酸盐化合物,考察了它们在无溶剂、无卤素、无相转移催化剂条件下用30%H2O2氧化苯甲醇合成苯甲醛反应中的催化活性。结果表明,该体系是一种高效的环境友好催化体系。6种十聚钨酸盐在反应过程中显示了较高的活性,其中以十聚钨酸十六烷基吡啶盐的催化活性最好,在温度90℃下,反应1.5 h,苯甲醛的收率和选择性分别达到93.5%和98%。时间、H2O2加入量、温度、催化剂加入量等条件对催化剂活性有明显的影响,适宜的反应条件为:n(苯甲醇)∶n(催化剂)∶n(H2O2)=10∶0.05∶11,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为1.5 h。
Six decatungstate complexes had been synthesized,using 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide(30% H2O2) as the oxidant.Selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde catalyzed by various decatungstate complexes was carried out without using organic solvent and halogens.The results showed that this process was an efficient and environmentally benign procedure,and the(π-C5H5NC16H33)4W10O32 catalyst exhibited the best activity among all the decatungstate complexes tested.After realizing the reaction at 90 ℃ for 1.5 h,the yield and selectivity of benzaldehyde were 93.5% and 98%,respectively.The effect of the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the amount of H2O2,and the amount of catalyst was also studied.The suitable conditions for this reaction are suggested to be:0.08 mmol of catalyst,10 mmol of benzyl alcohol,and 11 mmol of H2O2,with the reaction being conducted at 90 ℃ for 1.5 h.
