摘要
以三甲基乙酸为原料,在路易斯酸催化剂存在下,以四氯化硅作酰氯化剂反应制取标题化合物。该方法收率76.1%,含量≥95.8%。该方法步骤简单易操作、反应条件温和、产品收率和纯度高,有效利用了工业副产品四氯化硅,且副产物酰氧基硅烷可以提供额外的酰氯,适合工业化生产。产品通过红外光谱进行了结构鉴定。
A process for the preparation of trimethyl-acetyl chloride by reacting 2,2-dimethyl-propanoic acid with silicon tetrachloride,in the presence of a solvent and a catalyst.The yield of the title product was about 76.1%,with its purity exceeding 95.8%.This method is simple and easily operable,featuring mild reaction conditions,high product yield and high purity of product.The industrial byproduct-silicon tetrachloride can be utilized effectively.The by-products(silicon chloroacetates) can provide additional source of organic acid halide.So the method as an effective industrial method for synthesis of trimethyl-acetyl chloride was finally proposed.The structure of the product was verified by IR spectroscopy.
