Study on synthesis of quinoline-2-carbonitrile

摘要 标题化合物是合成喹啉基杂环化合物非常重要的中间体,以喹啉-2-甲酸为起始原料,经酯化、胺解、POCl3脱水3步反应得到标题化合物,该法原料价廉易得、操作简便、适合工业化生产,总收率达72%。 Quinoline-2-carbonitrile is a key intermediate necessary for the synthesis of quinolyl-heterocyclic compounds.It was synthesized by using 2-quinolinecarboxylic acid as starting material via a three-step process including,esterification,ammonolysis and dehydration in an overall product yield of 72%.This method is easy to operate with ready purification of the product,and the starting material is cheap.It has established a way to prepare quinoline-2-carbonitrile in commercial scale.
