摘要
讨论了超声波条件下用H2O2降解壳聚糖的方法,研究了壳聚糖用量、乙酸用量、温度、H2O2用量、超声波功率、降解时间对降解壳聚糖的影响,并对降解产物进行红外光谱分析.超声波辅助H2O2降解壳聚糖的最佳条件:2.0%壳聚糖的4%乙酸溶液,n(H2O2)/n(壳聚糖)=1.0、40℃、超声波工作频率为40kHz.超声波能够加速壳聚糖的降解反应,其对壳聚糖降解速度的影响与降解条件有较大关系.降解后壳聚糖结构基本不发生变化,获得了低分子质量壳聚糖,同时不改变其基本结构.
A degradation method of chitosan with hydrogen peroxide under the ultrasound was discussed. The effects of dosage of chitosan, dosage of acetic, degradation temperature, dosage of hydrogen peroxide, power of ultrasound and degradation time on the degradation process of chitosan were investigated. The degradation products were characterized by IR. The optimal degradation conditions with H2O2 and ultrasound were: 2.0% chitosan of 4% acetic solution, n(H2O2)/n(chitosan)=1.0, at 40℃, the ultrasonic frequency was 40kHz. The results indicated that ultrasound can accelerate the degradation of chitosan. The accelerative effect of ultrasound on degradation speed of chitosan was relative to the degrading conditions. The structure of chitosan after degradation had basically no change. Low molecular weight of chitosan was obtained, and the structure was not changed.
