摘要
从单因素试验和正交试验获得优化的棉织物酶氧退煮漂一浴法工艺条件为:净棉酶GX-14.5g/L,双氧水15mL/L,95℃处理80min.探讨了净棉酶GX-1对棉织物前处理效果的影响,并用XRD、TGA、SEM测定并分析了酶氧退煮漂一浴法处理对棉纤维形态结构、结晶形态及热性能的影响.结果表明:经酶氧退煮漂一浴法处理后,棉纤维表面结构发生了明显的变化,粘附在棉纤维表面的杂质被去除;表面变得整洁光滑,棉纤维的结晶度与热稳定性有所下降.
The optimum enzyme-peroxide desizing-scouring-scouring-bleaching in one-bath process of cotton fabric was obtained through single-factor experiments and orthogonal test: 4.5g/L of pure cotton enzyme GX-1, 15 mL/L of hydrogen peroxide, treated at 95℃ for 80 min. The effects of pure cotton enzyme GX-1 on the pretreatment result of cotton fabric were discussed. The morphological structure, crystal form and thermal performance of cotton fibers were investigated through X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the surface structure of fibers distinctly changed. Impurities adhered on the cotton fiber surface were effectively removed, and the fiber surface was clean and smooth. Both the crystallinity and the thermal stability slightly decreased.
