大学生就业指导教学存在问题及对策

A Research on the Problems Existing in the Guidance of Employment for Colleges Students

随着高校毕业生就业制度的改革和毕业生人数的急剧增加,大学生就业指导已成为现代高等教育的重要组成部分。但是在教学实践过程中,还存在着一定的问题。针对这种情况,本文就目前大学生就业指导课教学中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了改进大学生就业指导教学的相应对策,以提高大学生就业指导课的教学效果。

With the reform in employment system for college and university graduates and the rapid increase of the number of graduates, employment guidance for these graduates has been an important part of higher education programs. But, in the actual teaching practice, there exist some problems. In view of this, this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the course of employment guidance and puts forward corresponding measures to improve the teaching of this course so as to improve the effect of this course.
