摘要
通过对国内外目前汽车车门防撞梁开发的比较分析,分别介绍了铝合金、CFRP/AL、超高强钢等3种材料的车门防撞梁的结构及其制造方法。针对国内普遍采用的感应淬火车门防撞梁,提出了对车门防撞梁的原材料、机械性能以及零部件试验要求。
When analyzing current door-impact-beam (DIB) development of vehicle from home and abraod, there are 3 main design and manufacturing strategies, i.e. the aluminum alloy, CFRP/ AL, ultra high strength steel. For the domestic market, door-impact-beams with high frequency quenched are widely used. We propose a raw material requirement, mechanical properties and component testing requirements which can be used as effective guidelines for DIBs production.
