心理疏导及行为干预在CT增强扫描中的应用

Application of Psychological Counseling and Behavioral Intervention for CT Enhanced Scan

目的:探讨接受螺旋CT增强扫描患者的心理状况、影响因素及应对方法。方法:将接受CT增强扫描的患者400人随机分为研究组和对照组,每组200人,对照组进行常规护理及指导,研究组在对照组基础上应用心理应激理论进行检查前、检查中和检查后全程心理疏导及行为干预;对2组患者检查前血压、心率的变化进行比较,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行评定。结果:研究组检查前收缩压、心率波动低于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);研究组干预后SAS评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:心理疏导及行为干预有助于改善接受螺旋CT增强扫描患者的恐惧、焦虑心理,使患者各项指标趋于正常,确保检查顺利进行。

Objective：To explore psychological conditions and factors of patient receiving CT enhanced scan and coping methods.Methods：400 patients receiving enhanced CT scans were randomly divided into study group and control group,200 people in each group.The control group received routine care and guidance,and the study group received psy-chological counseling and behavioral intervention on the basis of the theory of psychological stress before check,in check and after check.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate before the test are observed in 2 groups;self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were evaluated.Results：The changes of blood pressure and heart rate before the test in the study group are lower than the control group;there was significantly different between 2 groups（P0.05）.SAS scores after the test in the study group are lower than the control group;there was significantly different between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The psychological counseling and behavioral interventions can help to improve fear and anxiety of patients access to spi-ral CT enhanced scan.These measureses can make the indicators of patients tend to normal and smoothly carry outcheck.
