消糖片治疗糖尿病性心血管病70例

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of XiaoTang Tablet in Elderly Patients with Diabetic Cardiovascular Disease:a Report of 70 Cases

目的:观察消糖片治疗糖尿病性心血管病的临床疗效。方法:70例患者给予消糖片口服,3片/次,3次/d,2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较治疗前后临床症状、血糖、尿糖、血脂、心电图变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后临床症状、血糖、尿糖、血脂、心电图明显改善,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);70例患者中显效32例,有效29例,无效9例,总有效率87.14%。结论:消糖片具有良好的降糖、降脂、改善冠状动脉供血的作用。

Objective：To observe effects of XiaoTang tablet on hemorheology in elderly patients with diabetic cardiovascular disease.Methods：70 patients received XiaoTang tablet,3 tablets/time,3 times/d,2 months as a course of treatment.The change of clinical symptoms,blood sugar,urine sugar,blood lipids and ECG before and after treatment were observed after a course of treatment.Results：Compared with before 0 treatment,there was statistically significant in the improvement of clinical symptoms,blood sugar,urine sugar,blood lipids and ECG after treatment（P0.05）.Among 70 patients,32 cases had outstanding effect,29 cases had good effects,9 cases had no effect and the total effective rate was 87.14%.Conclusion：XiaoTang tablet got good effects for decreasing glucose,lowering lipid and improving blood supply of coronary.
