补肾强骨、活血通痹法治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Tonifying Kidney,Strongthening Bone,Promoting Blood Circulation and Freeing Channel in Patients with Protrasion of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disci Disease:a Report of 40 Cases

目的:探讨补肾强骨、活血通痹法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将78例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,治疗组(40例)口服"肾痹汤"加理疗治疗,对照组(38例)口服消炎镇痛药加理疗治疗。治疗4周后根据症状、体征进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为81.5%,2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾强骨、活血通痹法对腰椎间盘突出症有较好的治疗作用。

Objective：To observe clincal effects of tonifying kidney,strongthening bone,promoting blood circulation and freeing channel in patients with protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci disease.Methods：78 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group（40 cases） which received ShenBi decoction combined physical therapy,and control group（38 cases） which received anti-inflammatory analgesic combined physical therapy.After 4 weeks,the efficacy was evaluated according to symptoms and signs.Results：The effective rate in the treatment group was 95% and 81.5% in the control group;there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of tonifying kidney,strongthening bone,promoting blood circulation and freeing channel had a better therapeutic effect on protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci disease.
