Clinical Research Developments of Needle Knife Therapy in the Treatment of External Branch of Lumbar of Nerve Entrapment Syndrome

目的:旨在了解近年来针刀治疗腰神经后外支卡压综合征的研究情况。方法:将近年相关文献的内容从发病机制、解剖学特点以及新近临床治疗方法等进行分析与讨论。结果:文献肯定了针刀治疗腰神经后外支卡压综合征的有效性。结论:针刀治疗腰神经后外支卡压综合征有良好效果,无副作用,值得进一步研究,但存在一些亟待解决的问题。

Objective：To summarize the clinical research developments of needle knife therapy in the treatment of external branch of lumbar of nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods：The literature contents in recent years were analyzed and discussed from the pathogenesis,anatomical features and new clinical methods.Results：The literature confirmed that needle knife therapy got effects for external branch of lumbar of nerve entrapment syndrome.Conclusion：The needle knife therapy has a positive effect for external branch of lumbar of nerve entrapment syndrome and has no side effects.It is worth further study,but there are some problems to be solved.
