莲藕腐败病菌对藕田主要杂草侵染能力的测定 被引量:5

摘要 应用莲藕腐败病菌(Fusarium sp.)强致病性菌株,对藕田及田边的稗草、空心莲子草、羊蹄、看麦娘、鸭舌草等主要杂草进行人工接种,测定其对供试杂草的侵染能力。研究表明,在自然条件下腐败病菌能侵染稗草、空心莲子草和鸭舌草的叶片,形成典型的病斑;对羊蹄草、看麦娘的侵染力较低,在接种量很大、温湿度均适宜的条件下,也可侵染羊蹄草,形成侵染斑,但病斑仅限于接种点,不扩展。该研究结果为研究腐败病菌对莲藕的初侵染源、有效防治该病害提供了理论依据。 The Fusarium sp.was artificially inoculated into the major weeds(barnyard grass,Alternanthera philoxeroides,Rumex japonicus Houtt,Alopecurus aequalis Sobol and Monochoria vaginalis) in lotus-root field to determine its infection ability on weeds samples.The results indicated that under the natural conditions,the Fusarium sp.can infect leaves of barnyard grass,Alternanthera philoxeroides and Monochoria vaginalis,and the typical disease spots were formed;the infection ability of Fusarium sp.on Alternanthera philoxeroides,Rumex japonicus Houtt was lower,if inoculum dosage is large and the temperature and humidity are suitable,the Fusarium sp.still can infect Rumex japonicus Houtt and form disease spots,but the disease spots only around inoculation site with no extending.This research provides a theoretical basis for research on the primary infection source of Fusarium sp.on lotus-root and the effective disease control.
