摘要 目的探讨宫颈肿瘤脱落细胞中TERC基因扩增与病情进展的相关性。方法采用荧光原位杂交技术检测102份宫颈肿瘤脱落细胞中TERC基因扩增情况,以正常宫颈脱落细胞为对照组。结果 CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈浸润癌TERC阳性率分别为25.0%、63.6%、69.2%、95.5%,均显著高于对照组;随病情进展,阳性率和扩增倍数逐渐升高,P<0.01。结论 TERC基因扩增与宫颈肿瘤密切相关,可促进宫颈癌的发生及发展。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the TERC gene amplification and disease progression in uterine cervix tumor. Methods The TERC gene amplification of cast-off cells of 102 uterine cervix tumor cases detected by using the technique of fluorescence hybridization in situ,and the normal cast-off cells of uterine cervix were chosen as control. Results The positive ratios of TERC gene amplification in CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ,invasive carcinoma of cervix were 25. 0% ,63. 6% ,69. 2% ,95. 5% respectively,all higher than that in the control group; the positive ratios and the amplification multiple increasd with the progression of disease,P 0. 01. Conclusion The TERC gene amplification is closely correlated with uterine cervix tumor,and can improve the generation and progression of uterine cervix cancer.
