摘要
用81对SSR引物扩增了26个亚麻品种(系)的基因组DNA,结果选出15对引物在26个品种(品系)间具有稳定多态性。有3个品种(品系)可用单一特异的SSR标记加以识别,其余23个品种(系)则需要不同的SSR标记组合才能识别。26个亚麻品种(品系)间遗传相似系数的变异范围为0.57~0.95。聚类分析表明,在相似系数0.65处,可将26个亚麻品种(品系)分为5类,其中派克斯与其他亚麻品种(品系)的亲缘关系较远。
The genomic DNAs of 26 flax cultivars were amplified by 81 pairs of SSR primers,15 pairs of primers could am-plify stable polymorphisms.Three cultivars could be identified by single SSR marker,while the remaining 23 cultivars could be identified by combination of different SSR markers.The genetic similarity coefficients of the 26 flax cultivars ranged from 0.57 to 0.95.According to cluster analysis,all the cultivars were classified into 5 groups when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.65.There were distant phylogenetic relationships between piax and the other 25 cultivars.
