九龙江黑脊倒刺鲃形态、生长和繁殖生物学的研究

Studies on the Shape,Growth and Reproduction of Spinibarbus caldwelli(Nichols) in Jiulongjiang River

2000～2002年每月在福建漳平、华安及长泰等县境内的九龙江段共收集413尾黑脊倒刺鲃[Spinibarbus caldwelli(Nichols)],对所有标本进行体长、体重等常规生物学测量。结果表明,黑脊倒刺鲃的背鳍前方具有一平卧倒刺,背、臀和尾鳍的后缘呈黑色;体长L(cm)和鳞径R(cm)的直线回归方程为:L=1.7190+31.0422R(r=0.9576);体重W(g)与体长L(cm)的关系式为W=0.02250L2.9474;体长生长方程为Lt=63.0380[1-e-0.1906(t-0.1174)],体重生长方程为Wt=5075.2782[1-e-0.1906(t-0.1147)]2.9747;生长拐点Ttp=5.8813龄,对应体重W=1519.2625g,体长L=42.0250cm。该鱼雄性2龄达性成熟,雌鱼3龄成熟。产卵期为每年的4～10月份,属于分批产卵类型,绝对怀卵量为2200～14181粒。

413 specimens of spinibarbus caldwell：for the present study were collected at monthly intervals in Jiulongjiang River from 2000 to 2002.The samples were used for investigation of the shape,growth and reproduction.The results showed that,Spinibarbus caldwellii has a inverted splinter in front of the dorsal fin.The edge of the dorsal fin,anal fin,and caudal fin was black.The relationship between the body length and the scale radius was L=1.719 0＋31.042 2R（r=0.957 6）;The body length-weight relationship formulas was calculated to be W =0.022 50 L2.947 4.The growth parameters with von Bertalanffy＇s equation were：Lt=63.038 0[1-e-0.1906（t-0.1174）],Wt=5 075.278 2[1-e-0.1906（t-0.1147）]2.9747,and the senility inflenction point Ttp=5.881 3.The male reaches the first maturity in the second years of life,while the female in the third year.Spinibarbus caldwellii is a type of fish whose spawns in batches and the spawn period lasts from April to October.The brood amount of Spinibarbus caldwelli ranges from 2 200 to 14 181,the average number is 6 041.The biggest diameter of egg is 2.4 mm,and the average diameter of egg is 1.94 mm.
