摘要
对D-101大孔树脂对冬青叶黄酮类化合物的静态吸附能力及吸附的化合物种类进行了研究。结果表明,提取液总黄酮含量影响D-101树脂吸附量的大小,主要表现为提取液总黄酮含量越高,D-101大孔树脂对其吸附量越大,对20g,40g和60g3种不同质量的冬青叶总黄酮的吸附量间存在极显著的差异;D-101大孔树脂对不同质量冬青叶黄酮类化合物的吸附种类相似;且D-101大孔树脂可能吸附极性较大的黄酮苷类物质,即对这些物质有富集作用。
The adsorption property of macroreticular resin for holly leaf flavones and the type of flavones were determined.The results indicated that the higher the content of flavonids,the higher the D-101 macroporous resin adsorption capacity.The difference of the adsorption capacity for flavonids was significant(P0.01) between pairwise comparison of 20 g,40 g and 60 g.The flavonids types were similar between different quantities of holly leaves through D-101 macroporous resin adsorption.And mainly the C-glycosylflavones were adsorbed by D-101 macroporous resin.
