同源异型域-亮氨酸拉链蛋白研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 同源异型域-亮氨酸拉链蛋白(HD-Zip)是高等植物所特有的一种转录因子,根据氨基酸同源序列的不同分为4大类。虽然各个HD-Zip蛋白的基因具有序列相似性,但它们在植物生长发育过程中发挥的作用是多种多样的。以拟南芥HD-Zip转录因子研究现状为主线,辅以其他植物中HD-Zip转录因子基因的研究,主要对HD-Zip蛋白的种类、生物学功能、影响其基因表达的因素及它们的表达规律4个方面进行了综述。 Homeodomain-leucine zipper(HD-Zip) proteins are transcription factors unique to plants.Based on sequence analysis,these proteins have been classified into four distinct groups:HD-Zip I-IV.Despite their sequence similarities HD-Zip proteins participate in a variety of processes during plant growth and development.In this paper,the situation of research on HD-Zip proteins mainly in Arabidopsis thaliana was discussed,and the types,biological functions and patterns of gene expression of HD-Zip transcription factors were summarized.
