基层农业技术员待遇与工作状况的相关性分析——以湖北省基层农业技术员情况为例 被引量:6

Correlation Analysis between Treatment and Working Conditions of Grass-root Agricultural Technicians——A case study on Grass-root Agricultural Technology Extension Personnel in Hubei Province

摘要 自2005年基层农业技术推广机构改革、农业技术员由国家事业单位身份变成自由人身份以来,基层返聘留任的农业技术员对薪酬满意度不高,从事第二职业的人数过半,显示出其工作不安心。回归分析显示,薪酬与农业技术员满意度、工作安心程度呈显著正相关,与从事第二职业呈负相关。因此,解决农业技术员事业编制身份,实行农业技术员工资绩效管理办法,引入农业技术员素质能力管理制度,激发农业技术员工作积极性,提升基层农技队伍整体素质,是促进基层农技推广体系健康发展的重要举措。 Since the reformation of grass-root agricultural technology extension institution and the identity of agricultural technician changed from national public institution identity to freeman identity in 2005,the re-employed grass-root agricultural technicians are not very satisfied with their treatment.Over half of them have auternative occupations.The regression analysis showed that payment was obviously positively related to satisfaction degree and easiness degree of agricultural technician,and was negatively related to auternative occupations.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of pubic institution identity,implement salary and performance management,introduce quality and capability management system,inspire their enthusiasms and improve their overall quality for a sound development of grass-root agricultural technology extension institution.
