摘要
目的研究肌肉醇磷酸盐的合成条件。方法以N-甲基氨基乙醇和单氰胺为原料,以甲醇为溶剂,与冰醋酸反应生成肌肉醇醋酸盐,再加入磷酸反应生成肌肉醇磷酸盐。结果考察了各反应条件对其产率的影响,得到了较优合成条件,肌肉醇磷酸盐的收率可达71%。结论此工艺反应条件温和,操作安全,简便,收率高,易于工业化。
Aim To study the process on synthesis of creatinol phosphate.Methods Creatinol phosphate was synthesized using N-mthylethanolamine,cyanamide and acetic acid as materials,methanol as solvent.Firstly creatinol acetate was synthesized,then phosphoric was added to synthesize creatinol phosphate.Results By studying various reaction conditions,optimal synthetic conditions have been obtained.The yield of creatinol phosphate is 71%.Conclusion This new method has advantages of moderate reaction,easy and safe operation,high yield.Meanwhile,the process is benefit for industrialization.
