Analyzes the characteristics of embedded system practical teaching,and proposes the implementation of flexible learning mode in four aspects：experimental content,experimental time,experimental forms and experimental evaluation.At the same time describes the problems that need to be resolved in flexible learning in details.Practice has proved that flexible learning improves the experimental teaching level,it is important for the students to train practical ability and innovation ability,and it also increases the quality of talents.
