摘要
介绍了管道效应和液压缸的性能参数对系统响应精度的影响,并以橡胶开炼机调距系统为例,建立了相应的功率键合图模型,利用Matlab/Simulink进行了动态仿真,论证了管道效应和液压缸自身性能参数对位置控制系统存在不可忽视的影响。对今后阀控缸位置控制系统响应精度的改进和提高具有一定的参考价值。
The effect of pipeline and the hydraulic cylinder parameters performance on the system response accuracy was introduced,and taking the clearance adjustment system of rubber mixing machine as an example,established the corresponding power bond graph model and carried on dynamic simulation by Matlab/Simulink.The outcome proved that the effect of pipeline and the hydraulic cylinder parameters performance on the position control system can not be ignored,which provided reference for the improvement of the position control system response accuracy in future.
