摘要 研制了一种无卤阻燃耐候高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)树脂,研究了阻燃剂、热塑性弹性体(SBS)和聚氨酯树脂对HIPS树脂力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,研究了二氧化钛、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂对HIPS树脂耐候性能的影响。结果表明,磷酸三甲苯酯和微胶囊化红磷以及硼酸锌的质量分数分别在5%、10%和2%时,HIPS树脂可以达到很好的阻燃效果,热塑性弹性体(SBS)和聚氨酯树脂可以提高HIPS树脂的冲击强度,二氧化钛、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂可以提高HIPS树脂的耐候性能;采用磷酸三甲苯酯和微胶囊化红磷以及硼酸锌等材料组成的配方体系,可以制得无卤阻燃耐候HIPS树脂,该树脂具有良好的力学性能和阻燃性能以及耐候性能。 A kind of halogen-free flame retardant HIPS resin with weathering resistance was developed,the influence of flame retardant,SBS and the PU resin on the mechanical and flame retardant properties of HIPS resin were studied.The effect of titanium dioxide,the antioxidant agent,the ultraviolet ray absorbent and the light stabilizer on the weathering resistance HIPS resin were investigated.Results showed that when the content of tricresyl phosphate,micro-capsulated red phosphorus dosage,zinc borate were 5%,10% and 2% respectively,HIPS resin can achieve good flame retarding effect,SBS and PU resin can improve the impact strength of the HIPS resin,titanium dioxide,antioxidants,ultraviolet ray absorber and light stabilizers can improve the weatherability of HIPS resin,using tricresyl phosphate,the micro-capsulated red phosphorus and zinc borate materials can made halogen-free flame-resistant HIPS resin with weathering resistance which had good mechanical properties and flame resistance and weatherability.
