放射性^(125)I粒子对家兔面神经损伤的组织学观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨放射性125I粒子近距离照射后对家兔面神经影响的组织病理学变化,为临床应用125I粒子治疗腮腺恶性肿瘤安全性的评价提供实验依据。方法分别将1枚、2枚放射性125I粒子及粒子空壳植入36只新西兰大耳白右侧面神经周围。在7d、14d、30d、60d时取相应面神经行HE、AgNO3染色及丽春红G-亮绿SF双重染色。结果空壳粒子组面神经组织病理学结构与正常面神经结构相似;1颗粒子组及2颗粒子组,髓鞘及轴索会出现不同程度的改变,随着粒子数量及天数的增加,面神经损伤亦呈加重的趋势。结论面神经受放射性125I粒子近距离照射后会出现一定的组织病理学变化。 Objective To study the histologicl and pathological changes of rabbit under exposure of radioactive 125I particles in brachytherapy,in order to provide safety evaluation of the clinical application and experimental basis for the treatment of parotid gland with 125I particles.Methods One or two radioactive 125I particles were embedded in big ears of New Zealand white rabbit's right side of the facial nerve.There was also one particle shell at the same time wase,bedded.At 7d,14d,30d,60d,experimental side of the appropriate facial nerve were taken and stained by the for pathological test with HE,AgNO3,and stained by ponceau G-light green SF double staining to observe changes of the nerve.Results The experimental animals which were not there mustache drooping,crooked mouth symptoms such as facial paralysis.The shell particle group structure and facial nerve pathology were similar to the normal structure of the facial nerve on histological changes.One or two particles group after 125I particles embedded,the myelin sheath and axonal pathology appeared appropriately,with the increasing in the number of days,facial nerve injury also had become increasing trend.Conclusion The pathological change of rabbit facial nerve was observed by nerve tissue pathology,which indicated that particles of radioactive 125I has a certain injury to facial nerve,the greater dose and the growth of time,the degree of facial nerve injury is heavier.
