hsa-miR-26a在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨hsa-miR-26a在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(Real-timeRT-PCR)方法检测40例乳腺癌及其配对正常乳腺组织中hsa-miR-26a的表达。结果 (1)乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺组织中hsa-miR-26a基因扩增的△Ct值分别为4.33±2.72和3.01±2.44,正常乳腺组织中hsa-miR-26a表达明显高于乳腺癌组织(P<0.001);(2)淋巴结转移阳性的乳腺癌病例中hsa-miR-26a的表达水平低于淋巴结转移阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论 hsa-miR-26a低表达可能促进了乳腺癌的发生,并与乳腺癌淋巴结转移相关。
