摘要 慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性周围神经病（chronic inflam-matory demyelinating polyradiculoneuritis,CIDP）,又称慢性格林-巴利综合征（GBS）,是一种主要以细胞免疫介导、亚急性或慢性起病的多发性炎性周围神经病。
