摘要
陆丰13-1平台在正常生产过程中,生产处理系统所分离出生产热水的排海量达到了1000 t/h,大量的生产热水排入大海的同时也将大量的热能浪费,而且对海洋也造成了热污染,为了对排海的生产热水中的热能进行回收,提出了生产热水废热回收方案,并成功的应用于该平台的生活热水供应系统,取得了良好的运行效果,同时也为平台节省了电能。
In the normal production process, hot water mass produced by production processing system reaches 1 000 t/h on Lufeng 13 - 1 platform. A great deal of produced hot water is dumped into the sea ,which not only wastes a lot of heat, but also causes pollution of ocean. In order to recover the heat of hot water, a new recovery program of waste hot was proposed. And it was successfully applied to the hot water supply system of platform, which achieved good effect and saved the platform power.
