Telecommunication carriers are picking up the construction and optimization of their broadband access network step by step in the context of the whole service operation.It gave birth to the construction demand of the residential OLT,which is the access demand of a large number of households customers in dense residential zone.The paper not only compares the advantage and disadvantage of the bursting OLT and the residential OLT,but also gives the comparision of the construction instance.In the end,it emphasizes the necessity of the construction mode of the residential OLT.
