摘要
干气制乙苯技术作为寰球辽宁分公司的专利技术,目前已经应用建设了多套同类装置,而三维配管软件PDSOFT在乙苯项目中的广泛应用加快了工艺管道安装的速度,并与工程总承包密切结合,提高了原有的设计质量。文章介绍了该软件的主要特点及在乙苯项目中的应用实例,总结了相应的设计流程和经验。
As a patent technology of HQCEC（Liaoning）,dry gas to ethylbenzene technology has been applied in many similar units,and three dimensional tubing software PDSOFT applied in the ethyl benzene project can speed up the process tubes installations.Through closely combining the software with the project EPC,the design quality can be improved.In this paper,main characteristics of this software were introduced as well as its application examples in the ethyl benzene project,the corresponding design procedure and experience were summarized.
