结合浙江省医院评审工作实际,对浙江省医院评审第一周期运作情况进行了评价,指出了当前医院评审中存在的问题,并对第二周期医院评审工作提出建议:制订全国统一的医院评审标准和评审细则;建立专业医院评审机构;建立医疗专业技术质量控制系统。

Several major topics on hospital accreditation work are explored: developing standards in specialized areas through corresponding standard committees, which are responsible for evalution and summarization of successful experiences and new achievements arising in the process of health services reforms; placing great importance on research projects essentially benefiting patients' health; providing constructive suggestions on how to improve disposition, development and use of resources so as to solve problems found in the process of accreditation; shifting attention from one - sided striving for the highest possible level of quality to reasonable and satisfactory cost - effectiveness in terms of both significant quality advances and cost savings and of higher quality leading to lower costs in health care; making continuous efforts for better ways to accomplish the same accreditation goals in less expensive, more value - added means; working out a nationwide unified, whole set of standards containing detailed rules and regulations on accreditation of hospitals.
