摘要
目的优选壮骨胶囊提取最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验,以总黄酮含量为指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数对壮骨胶囊提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为:14倍量40%乙醇,提取3次,每次3 h。结论该提取工艺条件简单、稳定、可行。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting process for Zhuanggu capsule.METHODS Orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors（concentration of alcohol（A）,alcohol volume（B）,extracting time（C） and times of extracting（D））on the extracting process.RESULTS The optimum extracting technical conditions were as follows：14 times of 40% alcoho1.extracting 3 times and 3 hours each time.CONCLUSION This optimized process is simple,stable and efficient.
