纳洛酮对小白鼠胃肠道蠕动功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察纳洛酮对小白鼠胃肠蠕动功能的影响。方法将120只小白鼠按给药方式不同分为口服0.9%氯化钠溶液组(Ⅰ组)、口服纳洛酮组(Ⅱ组)、腹腔内注射0.9%氯化钠溶液组(Ⅲ组)、腹腔内注射纳洛酮组(Ⅳ组)。给药2 min后,经口灌入亚甲蓝液0.2 mL,2 h后,采用颈椎脱臼法将小白鼠处死,打开腹腔,剪开肠系膜,将肠管轻拉成直线,以幽门为起点测量亚甲蓝在肠管内移动距离(D)和肠管全长(L),并计算亚甲蓝移动率(D/L)。结果 4组亚甲蓝移动率(%)分别为Ⅰ组75.71±10.14,Ⅱ组87.86±9.17,Ⅲ组76.52±9.23,Ⅳ组85.64±5.87。亚甲蓝移动率Ⅱ组高于Ⅰ组,Ⅳ组高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅳ组无统计学差异。结论纳洛酮无论口服还是腹腔内注射都促进小白鼠胃肠道蠕动,腹腔内注射与口服纳洛酮对胃肠道的促进作用无明显差异。 OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of naloxone on gastrointestinal peristalsis in mice.METHODS 120 mices were divided randomly into four groups(n=30):group Ⅰ(normal saline was taken orally),group Ⅱ(naloxone was taken orally),group Ⅲ(normal saline was taken by intraperitoneal injection)and group Ⅳ(naloxone was taken by intraperitoneal injection).2 min later,0.2mL methylene blue was taken orally separately.Mices were killed by cervical vertebrae dislocation 2h after the administration of methylene blue.From the starting of pylorus,the distance(D) that methylene blue moved and the length(L)of intestine were determined separately,and moving rate(MR=D/L)of methylene blue in intestine was calculated.RESULTS The MR(%) was 75.71±10.14 in group Ⅰ,87.86±9.17 in group Ⅱ,76.52±9.23 in group Ⅲ,85.64±5.87 in group Ⅳ;MR was significantly higher in group Ⅱ than in groupⅠ(P〈0.05),and higher in group Ⅳ than in group Ⅲ.CONCLUSION Naloxone improves gastrointestinal peristaisis in mice by taken orally and intraperitoneal injection.
