摘要
目的:研究4型高脂蛋白血症(Ⅱa,Ⅱb,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型)血中一氧化氧(NO)含量及其与血脂及脂蛋白含量的相关性。方法:4型高脂蛋白血症受试者9~19例,用萘乙烯二胺显色法测定血清NO含量,酶法测定血清甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC),电泳法测定血浆脂蛋白并分型。结果:4型高脂蛋白血症血NO水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<001);NO水平与TC、TG及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)有一定相关性(P<0025,P<0001)。提示:高脂蛋白血症NO水平升高与血脂含量直接有关,且与载脂蛋白存在某种因果关系。
To study the blood levels of nitric oxide in four types of hyperlipoproteinemia and its correlation with blood lipid and lipoprotein. The levels of serum nitric oxide was determined in 9-19 patients of four types of hyperlipoproteinemia with naphthylethylene diamine colorimetry. The serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol(TC) was determined with enzymatic methods. The plasma lipoproteins were determined and typed with electrophoresis. The nitric oxide levels in four types hyperlipoproteinemia are much higher than that in normal control(11.17±1 86,12 38±1 91,11 79±0 99,12 51±1 91 μmol/L vs 6 74±1 35 μmol/L;P<0 01,respectively). The correlation exists in nitric oxide with TC, TG and low density lipoprotein (LDL)(P<0 025,P<0 001). These results suggest that the increase of nitric oxide levels in hyper lipoproterinemia is directly relate with blood lipid, and there is some relationship in it with lipoproteins.
