摘要
目的比较盐酸二甲双胍片剂的两种含量测定方法。方法分别采用UV法和HPLC测定盐酸二甲双胍片剂的含量,从操作,准确度,精密度等方面比较各方法的优劣。结果两种方法对盐酸二甲双胍片剂含量测定结果均符合相关规定。HPLC法的精密度好于UV法。结论 HPLC法比UV法更优,可作为盐酸二甲双胍片剂的首选测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To compare the content determination of metformin hydrochloride tablets by two methods.METHODS Using UV and HPLC determinate the content of metformin hydrochloride tablets,and comparison the two methods with operation,accuracy and precision.RESULTS The two methods all could be used in content determination of metformin hydrochloride tablets.The precision of HPLC was better.CONCLUSION HPLC was suitable for determinding the content of metformin hydrochloride tablets and was better than UV.
