摘要
目的建立测定溃平宁颗粒中大黄素和大黄酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80∶20);流速:1.0mL.min^-1;紫外检测波长:254nm。结果大黄素和大黄酚线性范围分别为0.02056-0.2056μg、0.02616-0.2616μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(均为r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.9%、99.5%(n=6),RSD=1.2%、RSD=1.7%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of emodin and Chrysophanol in Kuipingning particles by HPLC.METHODS A Zobax SB-C18 column was used.The mobile phase was Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(80∶20) and the detection wavelength was 254nm.RESULTS The linear range for emodin and Chrysophanol was 0.02056~0.2056μg、0.02616~0.2616μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.9%、99.5%(n=6),RSD=1.2%、RSD=1.7%.CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of emodin and Chrysophanol in Kuipingning particles is simple,timesaving and accurate.
