Nowadays,in order to speed up the sports development and study how to raise the economic benefit of sports investment,which under the background of establishment of socialist market economic system and rapid development of commodity economy,is not only a core problem of economic activity in sports field,but also a important problem which theory researcher and all of the various levels leader should pay attention to,this paper tries to study and analyze it initially.
