艾灸预处理对大鼠离心运动后骨骼肌组织保护作用的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察艾灸足三里预处理对大鼠一次性离心运动后骨骼肌组织的保护作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠,随机分为安静对照组、单纯运动组、艾灸运动组。艾灸运动组实施单侧足三里悬灸,左右交替,时间为1周。1周后,单纯运动组、艾灸运动组大鼠在小动物跑台上进行一次性力竭性离心运动,安静对照组不运动。运动结束后,分别在运动后即刻、24 h、48 h、72 h取材,观察骨骼肌形态结构和抗氧化指标的变化。结果:骨骼肌组织形态结构,镜下观察艾灸运动组运动后各时相骨骼肌结构损伤程度明显轻于单纯运动组,运动后72 h损伤基本修复。艾灸运动组运动后即刻、24 h和48 h血清SOD和MDA明显低于运动组相同时相,骨骼肌SOD活性明显高于运动组相同时相,呈显著性差异(P<0.05);而骨骼肌MDA含量明显低于运动组相同时相,呈显著性差异(P<0.05);艾灸运动组血清、骨骼肌SOD活性和MDA含量与安静对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。运动组运动后即刻、24 h和48 h血清SOD活性升高,骨骼肌SOD活性却降低,而血清、骨骼肌MDA含量增高,与其他两组比较均呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸足三里预处理可减轻大鼠一次性离心运动后骨骼肌结构的损伤程度,提高大鼠运动的耐受能力,减轻运动时应激反应和自由基的产生,从而缩短了骨骼肌损伤的修复时程。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pretreatment Foot Three Li by moxibustion on shape and structure of skeletal muscle of SD rats after one time centrifuge exercise.Method:Male Sprague-Dauley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: quiet control group,exercise group,exercise with Moxibustion group.Flame the rats of exercise with Moxibustion group in Foot Three Li for one week.After one week,except the rats in quiet control group,other rats run one time centrifuge exercise on animal treadmill.After exercise we draw the materials from rats at immediately and 24h,48h,72h after exercise.The morphological structure of the rats' skeletal muscle was observed by the Light Microscope and the transmission Electron Microscope,The SOD activity and the MDA content of the skeletal muscle was tested.Results:Changes in histomorphology of skeletal muscle.The degree of structural damage of rats in exercise with Moxibustion group significantly lighten than exercise group after exercise,72h after exercise the damage in shape and structure are basic recovery from light microscope and electron microscope.The SOD activity and MDA Content of the blood serum in the exercise with moxibustion group was significantly lower than the exercise group(P〈0.05),The SOD activity of the skeletal muscle was significantly higher than the exercise group(P〈0.05),but the MDA Content of the skeletal muscle was significantly lower than the exercise group(P〈0.05).The SOD activity of the blood serum in the exercise group was significantly higher and the SOD activity of the skeletal muscle was significantly lower than else two groups,but the MDA Content of the blood serum and of the skeletal muscle were significantly higher than else two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Pretreatment Foot Three Li by moxibustion could lighten the changes in shape and structure ultrastructure of skeletal muscle,improve the ability of exercise tolerance of rats,reduce the stress response during exercise and free radical generation,which reduced the injury repair process of skeletal muscle.
