摘要
服务外包是中国实现经济服务化战略的重要途径,发展服务外包的关键是创造比较优势。利用波特的钻石体系分析了服务外包比较优势的来源及其与制造业的异同,根据动态比较优势原理给出发展服务外包的政策建议,包括改变基础设施投向、推动制造业升级、提升人力资本水平以及加大信息安全和知识产权保护等。
Service outsourcing is important method which China realizing economy service strategy,the key of service outsourcing is to create comparative advantage.The author uses the Potter＇s diamond system to analyze the source of service outsourcing comparative advantage and the similarities and differences with manufacturing,according to the principle of dynamic comparative advantage,we can give policy suggestions,including Changing infrastructure investment,promoting the industry upgrades,improving human capital level and enlarging information security level and intellectual property protection.
