摘要
采用轴棒法编织三维四向碳纤维预制体。经高压沥青浸渍碳化致密化工艺(HIPIC)处理后,该预制体被制成高密度三维四向碳/碳(C/C)复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)对其微观结构和断面形貌进行分析;采用拉伸、压缩和三点弯曲等试验方法对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明:轴棒法编织的三维四向C/C复合材料致密均匀,力学性能良好;断口的扫描电子显微镜图片表明复合材料的破坏方式以假塑性断裂为主。
A kind of high-density carbon/carbon composite reinforced by the carbon fibre and axial carbon rod mix weaved 3D 4-Directional perform is prepared by the process of high-pressure pitch impregnation and carbonization(HIPIC).The microstructure and fracture micrograph are studied with scanning electron microscopel(SEM)and optical microscope(OM).The mechanical properties of the material are examined by tensile tests,impact tests and three-point bending tests,respectively.The results show that the 3D 4-directional carbon/carbon composites have fine structure and favorable mechanical properties and the primary failure mode of the materials is pseudo plastic fracture.
