34例急性白血病并发颅内出血死亡分析

A Clinical Analysis of 34 Cases died of Intracranial Hemorrhage in Acute Leukemia

我所于１９９５年６月～１９９７年６月急性白血病死亡８０例，其中并发颅内出血死亡３４例。并发颅内出血的原因有严重的血小板减少、高白细胞血症、ＤＩＣ等，以早期死亡的病例表现为著。并发颅内出血的有关因素有ＦＡＢ分型、病情与病程。

During the years of June 1995 June 1997,80 cases with acute leukemia died in our institute Among them 34 cases died of intracranial hemorrhage.The causes responsible for the death of intracranial hemorrhage were severe thrombocytopenia,leukocytosis and DIC etc.These were prominently seen in the patients died in the early stage of the malignancy.Several factors such as FAB classification,the severity of the disease and the course of the malignancy were linked to the complication of intracranial hemorrhage.
