子宫内膜对各种促排卵方案的反应类型(附99例199个周期分析)

Endometrium Reactions to Stimulant ovulation

目的探讨各种促排卵方案对子宫内膜的影响以期望在促排卵过程中尽早使子宫内膜与卵细胞发育同步化从而提高妊娠率。对象９９例１１９个周期不孕症患者，其中３５个自然周期，４４个克罗米芬促排卵周期，３５个克罗米芬＋ＨＭＧ＋ＨＣＧ促排卵周期，５个ＨＭＧ＋ＨＣＧ促排卵周期。方法从月经第８天开始监测卵泡发育、子宫内膜厚度。结果克罗米芬促排卵周期内膜发育不良的比例显著高于自然周期及其它药物促排卵周期。不论自然周期或药物促排卵周期内膜类型均以Ａ型为主（５７．９８％）。妊娠周期排卵日平均内膜厚度为１０．６６±１．１３ｍｍ，Ａ、Ｂ两种类型内膜妊娠率无显著差别，Ｃ型内膜妊娠率显著低于Ａ、Ｂ两型。

To study endo metrial thickness and echopatterns on induced ovulatory cycles in order to establish endometrium synchronization with the development of follicle.99 cases and 119 cycles of infertile women were studied.35 were natural cycles.44 cycle s ovulation were induced by clomiphene citrate(c.c.)and another 35 cycles by c.c.+HMG+HCG,5 cycles by HMG+HCG.Follicle development,endometrial thickness and echopatterns were detected by transvaginal ultrasound from cycle day 8 to ovulation day.Results:Endometrium was mal development in clomiphene inducing ovulation cycles. A type echopattern was most common in both natural and induced ovulation cycles.In pregnant cases,the mean endometrium thickness were 10 66±1 13mm on ovulation day;the pregnant rate was not different in both A and B echopattern while C pattern had lower pregnant rate.
