摘要
采用L9(33)正交试验方法在湖南省森林植物园对喙果鸡血藤进行了扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:各因素最佳组合是以纯黄土为基质、双吉尔(GGR)为促根剂、浓度为300 ppm,该处理的生根成活率为70%。采用相同的方法在不同时间进行扦插繁殖试验,以5月份的生根成活率较高,平均成活率为46.38%;6月份的生根成活率最低,平均成活率仅为12.44%。
Using L9(33) orthogonal design,the experiment on cutting propagation of Millettia tsui was conducted in Hunan Forest Botanical Garden.The results showed that the best combination of various factors was to take pure loess as growth media and GGR as root-inducing regulator with concentration of 300ppm.Under above mentioned treatment,the survival rate of rooting reached 70%.Using the same way to propagate at different time,the average survival rate of rooting cutting in May was higher,reached 46.38%.While that of rooting cutting in June was the lowest,reached only 12.44%.
