摘要
针对烧结制粒湿度控制系统具有纯滞后、模型参数时变的特性,在常规史密斯控制的基础上,结合模糊控制理论,设计了Fuzzy-Smith控制器.该算法利用Smith预估控制克服系统纯滞后的影响,利用模糊控制对模型参数要求的不精确性和不适应性.仿真结构表明,该控制算法具有较强的鲁棒性、有效地抑制了大纯滞后、时变的影响,对参数变化具有很强的适应性,对烧结制粒湿度控制能取得良好的控制效果.
Aimed at large time-delay and time-varying characteristics of the granulating humidity control system in the period of the sintering,according to the design method of the conventional Smith controller method and adding in the fuzzy control theory,the Fuzzy-Smith controller is designed.The algorithm takes the advantage of Smith predictive control for overcoming a large time-delay and Fuzzy control algorithm for achieving perfect control effect on time-varying of the parameters.Simulation result shows that the algorithm has the following advantages: strong robustness,inhibits the large time-delay and time-varying effects,strong adaptabilities for various in the parameters.This method obtains good control performance to the granulating humidity control system in the period of the sintering.
