摘要 ZSM-5传统的合成方法是以有机胺为模板剂水热合成,此法中有机模板剂成本较高且有毒,而后期煅烧去除模板剂也会影响分子筛的性能.本文以硅酸钠为硅源,分别采用无模板剂法和晶种法按照不同的硅铝比合成了ZSM-5分子筛原粉,其中无模板剂法合成时间较长,因此加入一定的分子筛原粉可缩短晶化时间且结晶更完全.该法与传统工艺相比,原料价廉易得,合成工艺简单,无毒无害.借助X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪分析了ZSM-5组成.考察了合成样品对水中铅离子、氟离子的吸附性能,结果表明合成ZSM-5对铅离子有较大的吸附性,而对氟离子基本没有吸附性,由此为分子筛在工业中的应用提供了一定的理论基础. ZSM-5 is synthesized by organic amine template which is high cost and toxic in traditional method,and while the post-calcined to remove templating agent can also affect the performance of molecular sieve.So according sodium silicate as silicon source,ZSM-5 zeolite without template or adding some crystal seeds was prepared.Because the former method costs long time,some crystal seeds were added to reduce time and crystallized completely.Compared with the traditional process,the raw materials are cheap,synthetic process is simple and harmless.The products were characterized by XRD and IR.Studying on the adsorption capability of Pb2+and F,it was proved that ZSM-5 could adsorb Pb2+,but little F.As a result,some relative theories were provided for industrial application of ZSM-5 zeolite.
