摘要
为分析和评价ATB联结层的路用性能,结合济焦高速沥青路面ATB联结层,采用试验和理论分析的方法,首先根据气候分区确定了ATB联结层的配合比,然后通过车辙试验、单轴静载试验研究ATB联结层的高温稳定性,通过弯曲蠕变试验和小梁低温弯拉强度试验分析ATB联结层的低温抗裂性,通过浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验研究ATB联结层的水稳定性,通过重复弯曲疲劳试验和劈裂疲劳试验分析ATB联结层的抗疲劳性能.研究结果表明:提高沥青用量和减小空隙率可有效提高ATB联结层的低温抗裂性能;推荐采用冻融劈裂试验评价ATB联结层的水稳定性,ATB联结层水稳定性最佳的沥青用量范围3.9%-4.2%;ATB联结层具有良好的抗高温永久变形能力,在综合考虑疲劳性能和水稳定性能时,ATB联结层沥青用量范围是3.9%-4.2%.
In order to analyze and evaluate pavement performance for ATB binder course,combined with ATB binder course of asphalt pavement for Ji-jiao highway,experiments and theoretical analysis are carried out.Mixture ratio for ATB binder course is determined according to climate division,high temperature stability for ATB binder course is researched through rutting test and uniaxial static load test,cryogenic crack resistance for ATB binder course is analyzed through ben-ding creep test and trabecula low-temperature flexural tensile strength test,water stability for ATB binder course is rese-arched through immersion Marshall test and freeze thaw split test,fatigue resistance for ATB binder course is analyzed through bending fatigue test and indirect tensile fatigue test.The result shows that cryogenic crack resistance for ATB bin-der course can be improved effectively by increasing asphalt content and decreasing porosity.It is recommended that water stability for ATB binder course is evaluated adopting freeze thaw split test.Optimal asphalt content for ATB binder course is 3.9% - 4.2%.ATB binder course has good anti high temperature permanent deformation ability.Asphalt content is 3.9% - 4.2% under comprehensively considering fatigue property and water stability.
