IBA与NAA对罗城石楠扦插生根的影响

The effect of IBA and NAA on cutting rootage of Photinia lochengensis

以IBA、NAA各4种不同的激素质量浓度,16种激素配方对罗城石楠生根的影响进行研究,结果表明:以250mg/L IBA+250 mg/L NAA平均生根率最高,达93.8%;随着IBA、NAA的质量浓度增加罗城石楠扦插的成活率降低,生根数增多。

With four different concentrations of IBA and NAA,sixteen treatments of phytohormone were applied to research the rootage of Photinia lochengensis.The result showed that the rate of rootage was highest up to 93.8%,with IBA250 mg/L＋NAA250 mg/L treatment.Whereas the rate of living became lower and the number of rootage increased with the concentrations of IBA and NAA increasing.
