摘要
在相同环境条件下,对相同规格的稻草板表面砂光后,分别进行直接涂饰和贴面后涂饰聚氨酯(PU漆)两种工艺试验,测定漆膜附着力、表面光泽度、漆膜硬度等。结果表明:稻草刨花板表面直接涂饰PU漆,或者贴薄木、浸渍纸后再涂饰PU漆的工艺均可行,三底两面工艺为宜,涂饰PU白色漆的漆膜性能最佳。
Strawboard made from waste wheat or rice straw has shown increasing visibility in the furniture industry.Surface quality of reconfigurated strawboard panels with a polyurethane（PU）finish was investigated.Two surface reconfigurations of overlaying veneer and resin impregnated paper before PU coating were examined.The adhesion,gloss,and hardness of the coating film were tested.It was noticed that the strawboard coated with white lacquer exhibited the best surface performance.
