摘要
搅拌球磨效率高、能耗低,在很多领域得到广泛应用。在硬质合金的使用中,尚存在物料不均匀、设备对料造成污染、混合料增氧、以及循环泵易坏等问题。研制的新型立式搅拌球磨机采用半球底筒体、销棒搅拌结构、双重密封装置、过滤装置等着重克服以上缺点,生产实践证明,该设备球磨效率高、能耗低,生产的混合料及合金质量均达到标准要求。
The stirring ball mill has the advantages of high efficiency and low energy consumption,and has been widely applied in many fields.However some disadvantages are in the application of cemented carbide,such as the material is unevenly distributed,the feed is polluted by the equipment,the oxygen content increases in mixture powder,the circulating pump is easy to damage,etc.The novel vertical stirring ball mill adopts the hemispherical bottom of the cylinder,pined bar stirring structure,filtering apparatus and dual sealing device,to overcome the above disadvantage.The practice indicates that the mixture and the alloy reach the requirement of the standard.
